NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Walnut Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing followed by a regular meeting on October 8, 2026 at 7 pm, at 11420 Millersport Road, Millersport, OH.     

The Hearing will be a Zoning Variance, Application 26-121. An application was submitted by Angela Allion and Sara Betz of 3551 Sellers Dr. Millersport, for a reduction in the side yard setback from 5 feet to 1 foot to build an Addition on their home. The Zoning Resolution calls for a Side Yard setback of 5 feet. This property is Zoned R1- LF (Single Family Lake Front Residential District) Parcel # 0460064800

A copy of the Variance application is on file with the BZA and is available at our office for inspection and copying upon request to the Zoning Inspector at (740) 467-2420 or zoninginspector@walnuttownship.com
