NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Walnut Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on a zoning district change application followed by a monthly meeting on August 20, 2026 at 7 pm, at 11420 Millersport Road, Millersport.
The application was submitted by Steve Schilling. The property proposed to be rezoned is located at 3600 Sellers Dr. Millersport Ohio 43046, (Parcel # 0460117800). The applicant requests a rezoning district change from R-2 (One- and Two-Family Residential District) to RMU (Recreational Mixed Use).
A copy of the application is on file with the ZC and is available for inspection and copying upon request to the Zoning Inspector at (740) 467-2420 or zoninginspector@walnuttownship.com. All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation at the public hearing.
