NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Walnut Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing followed by a regular meeting on November 12, 2026 at 7 pm, at 11420 Millersport Road, Millersport, OH.     

The Hearing will be a Zoning Variance, Application 26-131. An application was submitted by Gregory & Deborah Hamilton of 5099 Beaver Dr. Thornville, for a reduction in the Side-yard setback from 5 feet to 1 foot. Reduction in the Home-setback from 10 feet to 2 feet to place a shed on the property. The Zoning Resolution calls for the following setbacks: From the house 10 ft and Side 5 ft. This property is Zoned R-2 (One- and Two-Family Residential District) Parcel # 0461139800

A copy of the Variance application is on file with the BZA and is available at our office for inspection and copying upon request to the Zoning Inspector at (740) 467-2420 or zoninginspector@walnuttownship.com
