NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Walnut Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold three (3) hearings on April 10th, 2025 starting at 7 pm, followed by a Regular meeting at 11420 Millersport Road, Millersport, Ohio.
Hearing One (1) Application Number 25-26, will be a Variance of the Zoning Resolution. An application was submitted by Tommy Thompson of 13045 Cedar Rd. Thornville for a reduction in the side yard setback from 7.5 feet to 5 feet to build a new home. The Zoning Resolution calls for a 7.5 ft setback for a new home on a 60 ft wide Parcel 9.9 F 6. Parcel Number 0461150000. It is currently Zoned RMU.
Hearing two (2) Application Number 25-25 will be for a Variance of the Zoning Resolution. The application was submitted by New Vision Group LLC of 13065 King Rd. Thornville. The applicant is requesting a reduction in the side yard setback from 15 feet to 13 feet to build an addition to the main home. The Zoning Resolution calls for a side yard of 15 feet, 9.9 F 6. Parcel number 0461033100 currently Zoned RMU.
Hearing Three (3) Application Number 25-33 will be a Variance of the Zoning Resolution. The application was submitted by TWC Enterprises of 2438 Blacklist Eastern Rd. Millersport. The applicant is requesting a reduction in the north side yard setback from 25 feet to 3 feet to build an addition to the main building where it is currently fenced off as a storage yard on the property. The Zoning Resolution calls for a side yard setback of 25 feet, 9.12 F 4. Parcel Number 0460084700 currently Zoned B-3.
