The Walnut Township Trustees will have a special Board meeting on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Township Building. The purpose of the meeting will be to have an executive session with the Township’s legal counsel for the purpose of discussing pending litigation with the Ohio Power Siting Board/Eastern Cottontail per ORC 121.22 (G) (3). No other business will be conducted.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Walnut Township Trustees will hold a public hearing on a zoning district change application. After the hearing there will be a special meeting on January 30, 2025 at 7 pm, at 11420 Millersport Road, Millersport.
Application 24-125 was submitted by Chad and Samantha Dupler. The property proposed to be rezoned is located at 1601 Blacklick Eastern Rd. NE Millersport, OH 43046, (Parcel # 0460009210). (2 Acres) The applicant requests a rezoning district change from B-3 (Intensive and Motor Services Business District) to RR (Rural Residential).

Be advised that on the 3rd day of December 2024, the Board of Trustees of Walnut Township adopted Resolution # 30-2024 expressing its intent to sell unneeded, obsolete or unfit for use Township personal property by internet auction. The Township shall contract with GovDeals, Inc. to act as its representative for the purpose of disposing of said property through the www.GOVDEALS.com website. All such property shall be sold on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis. All items will be available to the public on GOVDEALS.com for a minimum of ten (10) days.
