This is a contract part-time position under the direction of the Township Trustees responsible for property maintenance code inspection and enforcement work ensuring compliance with Walnut Township Resolution 14-2020. Work involves inspecting properties in accordance with the Resolution for property maintenance violations, and as necessary, the issuance of warnings or citations to achieve compliance with the adopted resolution.

 Walnut Township is offering the following used personal property for sale: 

Kuhn TB211 Rotary 3pt. Flail Ditch Mower w/6’ cutting width. 

Mower is being sold “AS IS” without warranty. Sealed bids accepted any time prior to the regularly scheduled monthly Trustee meeting at 7:00PM on Sept. 1, 2020 at which time all bids will be opened. Sealed bids must contain price, bidder address and phone number. Bidders not required to be present at bid opening. Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any and all offers. Settlement required prior to release.
