NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Walnut Township Zoning Commission will hold a special public hearing on a zoning district change application on September 24th 2026 at 7 pm, at 11420 Millersport Road, Millersport.
Application 26-89 was submitted by Cirba Solutions US Inc. The property proposed to be rezoned is located at 8090 Lancaster Newark Rd. Baltimore, Ohio 43105, (Parcel # 0490254300). The applicant requests a rezoning district change from B-3 (Intensive and Motor Services Business District) to I2 (General Industrial District).
A copy of the Application for Re-Zone is available on the Walnut Township Web-Site and a copy is available for inspection and copying upon request to the Zoning Inspector at (740) 467-2420 or zoninginspector@walnuttownship.com All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation at the public hearing.
