NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Walnut Township Trustees will hold a public hearing on a zoning district change application. After the hearing there will be a special meeting on January 30, 2025 at 7 pm, at 11420 Millersport Road, Millersport.
Application 24-125 was submitted by Chad and Samantha Dupler. The property proposed to be rezoned is located at 1601 Blacklick Eastern Rd. NE Millersport, OH 43046, (Parcel # 0460009210). (2 Acres) The applicant requests a rezoning district change from B-3 (Intensive and Motor Services Business District) to RR (Rural Residential).
A copy of the Application for the Re-Zone is available on the Walnut Township Web-Site and a copy is available for inspection and copying upon request to the Walnut Township Administrator at (740) 467-2420 or administrator@walnuttownship.com All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation at the public hearing.
