Zoning permit applications are located on this page for your use. Please download, print, complete, and submit to zoninginspector@walnuttownship.com. Or you may send your application to Walnut Township Zoning, 11420 Millersport Rd., Millersport, OH 43046 attn. “Zoning Inspector”. If you wish, you may drop off your application at our office in the Lobby “Mailbox”. If you use this method, please email the zoning inspector so he will know to pick up your application.
PLEASE NOTE: These applications change from time to time. At the time of your submittal the Zoning Inspector may ask that you complete an updated application. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We only accept checks AFTER your application has been reviewed and approved. Thank you for your understanding.

The process will guide you through entering the correct information and uploading electronic versions of site plans, building plans, and other required documents. If desired, you may still access the paper (.PDF) forms to familiarize yourself with the requirements and gather the required data.
Please be sure to read the the first few documents of notices, instructions, sample site plans, and Zoning Resolution (Code) and ensure you have all the required information and documents available when completing your application.
