NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Walnut Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold three special hearings on Oct 24, 2024 at 7 pm, at 11420 Millersport Road, Millersport, OH.     

 Hearing One (1) will be a Zoning Variance, Application 24-112. An application was submitted by Joseph Clum to exceed the max square footage to build an Accessory Structure at 8616 Millersport Rd. Baltimore, OH (Parcel 0490258000.)   The applicant is requesting to exceed the allowable square footage from 1600 to 2678 allowed by the Zoning Resolution. The property is Zoned R-2 (One- and Two-Family Residential District.)

Hearing Two and Three (2 and 3) will be Zoning Variances, Applications 24-113 And 24-114. Both applications were submitted by Randall and Deborah Bell of 4386 Canal Rd Pleasantville, OH for a reduction in the road frontage and a reduction in the lot area to split a property. Variance 24-114 is to reduce the road frontage from the required 200 ft to 60 ft.  Variance 24-113 is requesting a reduction in the Lot area from the required 2 acres to 1.53 acres allowed by the Zoning Resolution. (Parcel 0470213940 is currently Zoned RR, Rural Residential)

A copy of all three Variance applications is on file with the BZA and is available at our office for inspection and copying upon request to the Zoning Inspector at (740) 467-2420 or zoninginspector@walnuttownship.com
