NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Walnut Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold four Conditional Use Applications starting at 7 PM on April 24, 2025 at 11420 Millersport Rd, Millersport, OH.
Hearing One will be a request for a Conditional Use for Kennels and Dog Boarding, Application 25-35. Hearing Two will be a request for a Conditional Use for Commercial Recreational Use, Application 25-36. Hearing Three will be a request for a Conditional Use for Riding Lessons and Stable Use, Application 25-37. Hearing Four will be a request for a Conditional Use for Bed & Breakfast Use, Application 25-38. All four applications were submitted by Dena Wahl of 3550 Blacklick Eastern Rd. NE Millersport Ohio. The property is Zoned RR ( Rural Residential ) All four requests are Conditional Uses under the Zoning Resolution for a RR District. 9.2 C.
A copy of all four Conditional Use applications is on file with the BZA and is available at our office for inspection and copying upon request to the Zoning Inspector at (740) 467-2420 or zoninginspector@walnuttownship.com

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Walnut Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Rescheduled Variance Hearing on April 24th, 2025 starting at 7 pm, at 11420 Millersport Road, Millersport, Ohio.
The Rescheduled Hearing Application Number 25-25 will be for a Variance of the Zoning Resolution. The application was submitted by New Vision Group LLC of 13065 King Rd. Thornville. The applicant is requesting a reduction in the side yard setback from 15 feet to 13 feet to build an addition to the main home. The Zoning Resolution calls for a side yard of 15 feet, 9.9 F 6. Parcel number 0461033100 currently Zoned RMU.
