NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Walnut Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold three hearings starting at 7 PM on May 22, 2025 at 11420 Millersport Rd, Millersport, OH.
Hearing One will be Zoning Variance, Application 25-55. An application was submitted by Guy & Judy Yinger for a reduction in the side yard setback to put an addition on their house. Variance 25-55 is to reduce the side yard setback from the required 5 ft to 1 ft. Zoning Resolution # 9.7 F. 5. The Parcel # (0460174900) is currently Zoned R2-LF (Residential Two – Lake Front)
Hearing Two and Three (2 and 3) will be Zoning Variances, Applications 25-56 And 25-57. Both applications were submitted by Michael Hiles for a reduction in the road frontage to split a property. Variance 25-56 is requesting a reduction of the road frontage from the required 200 ft to 42.27 ft. Variance 25-57 is requesting a reduction in the road frontage from the required 200 ft to 60 ft. (Parcel 0470222400) address 7246 Lake Rd, Pleasantville, OH 43148 and is currently Zoned RR, (Rural Residential)
A copy of all three Variance applications is on file with the BZA and is available at our office for inspection and copying upon request to the Zoning Inspector at (740) 467-2420 or zoninginspector@walnuttownship.com
