NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Walnut Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold four (4) hearings on May 8th, 2025 starting at 7 pm, followed by a Regular meeting at 11420 Millersport Road, Millersport, Ohio.
Hearing One (1) Application Number 25-44, will be a Variance of the Zoning Resolution. An application was submitted by Carol Snyder of 3524 Sellers Dr. Millersport for a reduction in the Lot Area from 10,000 Sq. Ft. to 9888 Sq. Ft. to Split a property. The Zoning Resolution calls for a minimum of 10,000 Sq. Ft. to split a property. Zoning Resolution # (9.4 F 1.) Parcel Number 0460027800. It is currently Zoned R-2.
Hearing two (2) Application Number 25-45 will be for a Variance of the Zoning Resolution. The application was submitted by Robert Lingo of 12140 Bright St. Millersport. The applicant is requesting to exceed the Sq. Footage requirements for an Accessory Building from 1600 Sq. Ft. to 5000 Sq. Ft. The Zoning Resolution calls for a maximum of 1600 Sq Ft. Zoning Resolution # (9.7 B. 7. d.) Parcel # 0460163100 currently Zoned R2-LF.
Hearing Three (3) and Four (4) Application Numbers 25-46 and 25-47 will be a Variances of the Zoning Resolution. Both applications were submitted by Manter Enterprises LLC for a reduction in the road frontage and a reduction in the lot area to split a property. Both Variances are requesting to reduce the road frontage from the required 100 ft. to 70 ft. and a reduction in the Lot Area from 10,000 sq. ft. to 7000 sq. ft. for both properties. The Zoning Resolution calls for a minimum area of 10000 Sq. Ft. and 100 Ft. of Road Frontage. Zoning Resolution # 9.4 F 1 & 2. Currently it is a Vacant Parcel on King Rd. at Fairfield Beach. The Parcel # (0461039900) is currently Zoned R-2 (One and Two Family Residential District)
