NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Walnut Township Trustees will hold a public hearing on a zoning district change application followed by a special meeting on September 5, 2024 at 7:00 pm, at 11420 Millersport Road, Millersport, Ohio.
Hearing is for Application 23-136 submitted by James Cotugno, manager of 570 BSR LLC. The property proposed to be rezoned is located at 570 Baltimore Somerset Rd., Baltimore, Ohio 43105, (Parcel # 0490253200) (70.76 Acres) The applicant requests a rezoning district change from RR (Rural Residential) to a PUD (Planned Unit Development for a Mixed Commercial and Residential Development).
A copy of the application is on file with the Township Administrator and is available for inspection and copying upon request to the Township Administrator at 740-467-2420 (Option 1) or administrator@walnuttownship.com. All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation at the public hearing.
